PDF format, no bleeds and is due to Bob.Wilson@sdcounty.ca.gov no later than April 20, 2012.
$295 Awards Sponsor
All benefits of a Tee sponsor plus your company name/logo on all tournament materials. Includes one (1) free tee
time.
$395 Dinner Sponsor
This package includes all the benefits mentioned above plus two (2) free tee times, your company logo on MSMA website
for 1 month, and special recognition throughout tournament registration and tournament play.
$695 Cart Sponsor SOLD OUT
All benefits previously mentioned PLUS your company name/logo on all golf carts in tournament and four (4) tee times.

Your Company name displayed at Prize Hole and announced during Awards Dinner.

ID number for MSMA San Diego is 59-3782060. Receipts will be prvided upon receipt of payment.
We also encourage you to participate as players in the golf tournament. Entry fee is only $110 per person (if you register and pay by 5/4/2012; $125 after) and includes green fees, cart, short game practice facility, range balls, dinner, two beverages, and great tournament awards.
